Julie Willard is a native of Blacksburg, VA.
She began her Real Estate Career in 1998 when she became Licensed as a Realtor in the state of VA., she continued her education in the Real Estate field and was appraising Real Estate in 1998. She became a Licensed appraiser in 2000, FHA approved in 2002 and Certified in 2009.
Prior to her Real Estate career, Julie attended Radford University, where she graduated with a BBA Degree in Finance, realizing she could not sit behind a desk 8 hours a day she decided to get into the Real Estate field.
In 2003 Julie decided to branch out on her own and open her own appraisal business, which is now known as Custom Appraisals. Julie is a one person shop and is dedicated to provide the most accurate and ethical appraisal product to her customers.
She resides in the Town of Blacksburg, with her 4 legged companion "Gracie".
